Understanding urban wind flows becomes increasingly important, not least, through more and more extreme weather conditions due to climate change. One the one hand, our tool can help to locate and mitigate areas with potentially dangerous wind speeds during storms. On the other hand, it can be used to fine-tune microclimatic conditions of a quarter, be it toward cooling it down or keeping it warmer.
